About Montgomery Leadership Program
Established in 2006, MLP is a selection-based cohort experience for sophomores, juniors, and seniors. The program is a multi-semester immersive leadership experience that culminates with a capstone project.
What Scholars Do
MLP Scholars are engaged in a variety of service and leadership activities designed to build communication skills, technical excellence, strategic analysis, project management abilities, and community involvement.
Dare to Lead
Montgomery Leadership Scholars are selected based on their recognized academic, leadership, and character traits. After completion of the online application, the Montgomery Leadership Advisory board will review the student applications.
