About Montgomery Leadership Program
Established in 2006, the Montgomery Leadership Program (MLP) is a competitive, cohort-based experience designed for students with 60 earned credit hours (juniors and seniors). This two-semester immersive program develops leadership skills through hands-on learning and culminates in a capstone project that makes a lasting impact.
What Scholars Do
MLP Scholars are engaged in a variety of service and leadership activities designed to build communication skills, technical excellence, strategic analysis, project management abilities, and community involvement.
Dare to Lead
Montgomery Leadership Scholars are selected based on their recognized academic, leadership, and character traits. After you complete the online application, a selection committee reviews student applications.
